Pinnacle Golf Properties as its golf course management group. Cutter Creek Golf Club
will provide an 18-Hole JMP Bob Moore design course built within a 634-acre

announced today that it has selected Pinnacle Golf Properties as its golf course
management group. Cutter Creek Golf Club will provide an 18-Hole JMP Bob Moore
design course built within a 634-acre community comprising over 700 home sites.
Pinnacle Golf Properties has been selected to oversee the golf course construction
and continue with on-site management when the planned facility opens in October
2008.

This deal brings Pinnacle's Carolina portfolio to eight courses located at seven
separate facilities. The firm also manages Tega Cay Golf and Conference Center in
Tega Cay, SC, Oak Valley Golf Club in Advance, NC, Meadowland's Golf Club in
Winston-Salem, NC, Bryan Park Golf & Conference Center (host to the 2010 US Amateur
Public Links Championship) in Greensboro, NC, Stoney Creek Golf Club in Stoney
Creek, NC, and The Challenge Golf Club in Graham, NC.
